Account manager is incapable
Not only that they charge up to 15% in fees for a booking in general, they also provide no or very poor service for that. They don't respond to e-mails properly and have a quite uneducated form of communication. Issues get repeatedly ignored as the previous consumer also stated. So I can confirm his bad experience. Furthermore, they change settings (like instant booking) in your account without asking and don't reset them when asked to do it. They don't care about their customers at all. I cannot recommend this company to anybody, there are better platforms out there which offer better service.

Customer Service Doesn't Exist at 9flats.com
None of their customer service numbers work. If you have an emergency you can't reach them, If you have a problem and you send them an email, it takes days for them to email you back. They're a really sketchy organization. They opt you into programs and when you complain, they eventually email you back and tell you that you did it, not them. No matter whether or not you have the facts and can send them the original email that shows you didn't do anything--they still state that you did. They don't care about their reputation. AT ALL. Awful company NIGHTMARE
